115oz canBlack Beans(drained and rinsed well! ~1½ cups beans)
¼ cup+ 3 tbsUnsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
¼cupPecan Butter
1tbsMolasses
¾tspEnglish Toffee-Flavored Stevia Extract
½tspVanilla Extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, erythritol, protein powder, flour, and cocoa powder.
In a blender, puree together the beans, almond milk, pecan butter, molasses, stevia extract, and vanilla extract. Scoop over the dry ingredients and fold together. For best texture, cover and refrigerate overnight (trust me, it’s worth the wait!)
