Ingredients
- 1⅓ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
- one 15oz can Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed well!)
- 128g (½ cup) Homemade Low-Calorie Peanut Butter (regular PB works too!)
- 1 tsp Liquid Stevia Extract
- 150g (1¼ cups) Peanut Flour
- 2 tbs Ground Flaxseed
- ¼ tsp Salt

In a blender or food processor, add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and blend again.

Give it a taste and add more stevia or salt if you feel it needs it. Scoop mixture into a large bowl and refrigerate covered overnight. Serve and enjoy the next day!
Recipe Notes
A 15oz can should yield 1½ cups beans after draining and rinsing. Mine yield 235g.
